SmartGrid Pro IS provides business process automation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for automation projects
• Business process optimisation consulting
• Automation strategy development and implementation support
• Performance monitoring and improvement services
• Training and change management support

All services are provided subject to separate service agreements that will govern the specific terms of each engagement.

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

To the fullest extent permitted by law, smartgridprois AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
